This look represents my mood carried into the end of summer, clinging onto the golden hours spent under the August sun. Summer is definitely my favorite time of year. This mustard shade has been popping up everywhere, and should definitely be on your radar for fall & it pairs very well with gold heirloom styled jewelry. If you have olive skin you should absolutely give this color a chance.
So this skirt may be the best .45 cents I’ve ever spent… Yes (thrifted), Christian Dior once said “it’s not the money that makes you well-dressed, it’s the understanding.” Any piece with a little zest can be styled into a beautiful look with a little creativity.
It reminds me of some of the patterns from the Dolce and Gabbana S/S‘17 collection: Tropico Italiano. Inspired by the muse of Miss Sicily, the collection embraced the mindset of the ideal DG woman that lives spontaneously with pure intentions that exudes confidence with a dash of mystery.
This skirt is romantic but not too romantic; the banana leaves and tropical elements make it a floral print I will actually wear. Channeling an escape to the Spanish Riviera in this skirt. Sangria & flemenco please?
